What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent the employer's Agent Studio as a key Learning & Development team member
- Conduct regular train-the-trainer sessions on real estate, business development, and technology topics
- Advise affiliate owners, managers, and staff on learning & development standard processes
- Create and provide content for an on-demand library of learning resources and videos
- Analyze the efficiency of learning programs and improve engagement and tracked results

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of residential real estate sales experience
- Proven track record in delivering classroom and virtual training to real estate agents
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentation, and engaging class delivery
- Project management experience, with strong organization and time management skills
- Diverse knowledge of real estate, technology, digital marketing, and business development

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience planning and driving small and large training events
- Strong proficiency in Office 365, online project/team management tools, and social media
