What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a broad range of commercial and industrial real estate projects
- Review and recommend initiatives to Real Estate team management
- Coordinate real estate transactions including new leases, renewals, and expansions
- Provide direction to outside brokers and oversee the real estate transaction process
- Monitor landlord, developer, and contractor work, schedules, and contract obligations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- 5 years of general work experience
- 3 years of corporate real estate experience
- Experience with CoStar or similar Real Estate database
- Knowledge of commercial real estate market and lease documents

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Extensive knowledge of Lease documents and principles relating to real estate transactions
- Analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Strong communication, project management, and lease negotiation skills
- Good computer skills with an emphasis on MS Windows applications
- Act with integrity, focus on customer service, and innovate new solutions
