What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the integrity of real estate portfolio data and provide support to the Corporate Real Estate team
- Update and maintain the property database, preparing lease abstracts for accuracy
- Track payables and receivables associated with leases, preparing supporting documentation and rent reports
- Conduct financial analysis, including AR/AP rent rolls and budgets in accordance with accounting principles
- Correspond with various stakeholders regarding real estate facilities and services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Real Estate Services field
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Experience in database management and facilitating project-related meetings
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Demonstrated experience in completing commercial real estate transactions and financial modeling
