What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with loan originators for the preparation and negotiation of real estate loan application commitments
- Manage the loan closing process, including review and negotiation of loan documents with various stakeholders
- Ensure timely receipt and review of all due diligence items required for closing
- Oversee disbursement of loan proceeds and review settlement statements
- Utilize the transaction management system for data quality management and timely loan transfers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- Experience in commercial real estate financing and understanding of the loan closing process
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Experience as a paralegal
