What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with loan originators to prepare and negotiate real estate loan application commitments
- Manage the loan closing process, including the review and negotiation of loan documents
- Ensure all due diligence items are received and reviewed for timely closing
- Disburse loan proceeds and manage related financial transactions
- Utilize transaction management systems to maintain data quality and facilitate loan transfers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience in commercial real estate financing and understanding of the loan closing process
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with legal issues related to commercial real estate transactions
- Previous experience in a loan closing team or similar role
