Real Estate Department functions include: regional and specific site analysis, feasibility studies and contract negotiations for selected Bancorp property.
Partner with Omni channel/ DSG team to validate business requirements and provide insight into investment prioritization.
Manage the 3-5 year roadmap efforts for the ATM Channel.
Negotiate LOI's, purchase contracts, leases and other real estate legal documents in accordance with bank processes.
Coordinates and evaluates solicitation of due diligence for Bancorp real estate purchase or lease including; surveys, geotechnical reports, environmental audits, utilities and title reports.
Assists Construction and Maintenance departments on site planning, development and tenant improvements.
Represents the Bank for zoning and signage code variance requests and compliance. Meets with local and state officials and attends hearings as necessary.
Coordinates all phases of assigned projects with affiliate personnel.
Assumes additional responsibilities as required.
Business Degree
Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Access and Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills for multi- tasking.
Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple projects.
