What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media posts across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Coordinate document submissions, signatures, and deadlines with buyers, sellers, agents, and attorneys
- Track the progress of transactions from contract to closing, ensuring all paperwork is completed on time
- Organize and maintain the CRM system and databases while answering general inquiries
- Create and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and email campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or a related field
- Previous experience in real estate marketing or transaction coordination
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, and Hootsuite
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a client-first attitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Real Estate license or knowledge of the real estate process
- Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity
- Strong understanding of the latest marketing trends
- Solid project management skills and experience in effective communication
