What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage design and construction-related activities for assigned capital projects
- Oversee project communications, contract administration, change orders, and financial projections
- Coordinate with hospital operations leadership and external partners for project alignment
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved specifications and regulations
- Develop and maintain project management teams and reporting structures throughout project phases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading project management for design and construction projects
- Thorough knowledge of project construction budgets and controls
- Proven success in delivering major healthcare capital projects
- Experience facilitating project design and construction-related meetings and presentations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Google Office Suite and MS Project, Excel, or similar software
- Experience with Blue Beam, Adobe Pro, or similar tools
- Professional license, registration, and/or certification
- Knowledge of Lean Process Improvement and Change Management
- Understanding of health facility preconstruction services and equipment planning processes
