What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and manage landowner agreements, governmental agreements, and third-party agreements
- Track and manage real estate related conditions and agreements for projects
- Coordinate outside counsel efforts and conduct real estate due diligence
- Prepare and lead real estate calls and meetings
- Act as a liaison to upper-level management for real estate information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 5 years of real estate experience
- Experience with commercial title curative, obtaining proformas, and ALTA survey review
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Concur, and Google Earth

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience closing large financial transactions, including construction debt financing and tax equity financing
- Experience conducting real estate due diligence for early-stage prospects and acquisitions
