      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Qualify incoming leads for appointments with realtors and field agents to ensure quick response times

      - Maintain an up-to-date list of leads using CRM for effective tracking through the listing and closing process
      - Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to demonstrate progress towards company goals
      - Follow up with prospects after initial meetings through various communication channels to cultivate leads

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A valid real estate license is required to be considered for this position
      - High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
      - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
      - Minimum of 1 year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales representative, or similar role
      - Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and have the ability to travel by car

      - Experience in real estate sales or inside sales roles
      - Proven track record of lead generation and conversion
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting
