What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through various communication channels

- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be willing to obtain a Tennessee and/or Mississippi Real Estate License
- Required to possess a goal-oriented and positive attitude
- Proficiency in utilizing client database programs or willingness to learn
- Must be open to coaching to accelerate unlocking your potential compared to other agents
- Should have a flexible schedule to maintain work-life balance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Knowledge of the Greater Memphis Area real estate market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
