What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support including managing expenses, coordinating team calendars, and CRM management
- Assist with property showings by preparing listings and managing opening and closing tasks
- Prepare listing presentations by pulling comps, creating CMAs, and customizing materials
- Support marketing initiatives by creating postcards, marketing materials, and social media assets
- Engage in development programs to improve skills in real estate administration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office support experience; real estate experience is a plus
- Must possess a CA Real Estate License
- High school diploma or GED required
- Exceptional organizational, focus, and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in real estate administration
- Strong tech-savvy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google suite of products, Zipforms, and MLS
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
