      Our company, Red Stag Consulting, is a real estate consulting business. We help landowners maximize the value of their land through strategic developments.

      We are looking for hungry sales manager who want to join a growing sales team. We currently have 3 sales people.

      This is a fully remote position. The sales manager is a crucial member of our organization, directly contributing to the success of our business.

      The role involves firing up our sales team on daily sales meetings, providing feedback on calls, developing a sales script and coaching the team on how to overcome objections, identifying potential issues in our sales process, and working your own leads.

      The sales manager is responsible for ensuring the team meets monthly sales targets.

      Compensation- $200,000 to $300,000 OTE, $60,000 base

      Responsibilities
      • Run daily sales meetings to hone teams' skills through role-play, reviewing calls in a group environment, and firing up the team on a daily basis.
      • Review all sales rep calls and provide voice memo feedback
      • Train the sales team on an ongoing basis to ensure every call is executed well
      • Create training material for the sales team on how to handle objections
      • Working the leads that are provided to you on a daily basis.
      • Monitor monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure the team is performing

      Qualifications
      • A high school diploma or GED is required, a bachelor's degree preferred
      • Experience using CRM software
      • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
      • You understand how to hard close leads
      • Real estate or solar sales experience is preferred
      • 5+ years of experience in sales
      • Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software
      • Problem analysis and problem-solving
      • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs
      • Team leadership ability
      • Previous sales experience
