      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to inbound leads promptly, ensuring a maximum response time of 90 seconds during business hours
      - Collaborate with underwriting teams to analyze property data and estimate repair costs
      - Coordinate with the Transaction Coordinator to draft accurate and competitive written offers
      - Present offers to sellers and negotiate terms effectively to close deals
      - Maintain consistent communication with leads and document all activities in the CRM system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a wholesale real estate company with a strong track record of closing deals
      - Expertise in building relationships with sellers and negotiating win-win agreements
      - Advanced knowledge of property valuation, ARV calculation, and market analysis
      - Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate tools (e.g., PropStream, InvestorFuse)
      - Must live locally to Fort Lauderdale or nearby cities for occasional seller appointments
