      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process
      - Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, contracts, and other business administration paperwork
      - Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and secure deals
      - Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers to ensure smooth transactions
      - Follow up on all leads and requests for information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Direct sales experience in any industry
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist, preferably in acquisitions
      - Enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales with a goal-oriented personality
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with superior phone skills
      - 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate, or related field is highly desired
