What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform appraisal and negotiation activities on assignments with a low to moderate level of complexity

- Collaborate with the Real Estate Supervisor and other team members to achieve program objectives
- Obtain a Notary Public Commission from the State of Wisconsin within six months of employment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service with problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in a work environment
- Experience with record-keeping and data tracking
- Proficiency in computer programs, including databases, spreadsheets, and word processing software
- Experience with eminent domain for senior-level applicants

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in real estate, including property management, appraisal, or title work research
- Understanding of legal descriptions and plat maps
- Knowledge of utilities real estate practices
