      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive project completion and site acquisition while managing project budgets
      - Track vendor performance and ensure compliance with leasing and regulatory policies
      - Communicate project status updates to various stakeholders, including vendors and management
      - Organize and maintain real estate files, ensuring accurate documentation
      - Participate in deployment calls and collaborate with the Real Estate team and legal firms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate or a related field
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills
      - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines
      - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Proficiency in tools such as MS Office and Google Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in telecommunications real estate and/or property management
      - Familiarity with Purchase Orders and budget management
      - Project Management and Vendor Management skills
      - Administrative assistance experience
