What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the process of acquiring land and property rights for renewable energy projects, including contract preparation and due diligence
- Coordinate with title companies to ensure accurate ownership information and facilitate title closing processes
- Draft, review, and procure real estate agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with timelines and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to provide real estate expertise throughout project development and construction phases
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence activities, including property surveys and title searches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in land acquisition and real estate agreements for renewable energy projects
- Strong understanding of contract management and legal regulations
- Ability to assess risks and provide guidance on land rights matters
- Excellent data management skills, including maintaining databases and preparing reports
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement with landowners and governmental agencies

- Previous experience in the renewable energy sector
- Familiarity with land management databases and reporting systems
- Knowledge of utility-scale renewable energy project development
- Strong analytical skills for assessing property rights and encumbrances
