What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead land acquisition efforts for renewable energy projects, including drafting real estate agreements and managing due diligence processes
- Coordinate with title companies to procure title commitments and ensure accurate ownership information
- Draft, review, and procure real estate agreements, contracts, and leases while ensuring compliance with legal regulations
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and attorneys to provide real estate expertise throughout project phases
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence activities, including property surveys and title searches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree
- Proven skills in drafting, risk assessment, and contract management in real estate
- Ability to perform necessary duties to develop real property for renewable energy projects
- Strong understanding of legal regulations and compliance requirements related to real estate
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
