What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead land acquisition efforts for renewable energy projects, including drafting agreements and managing due diligence processes
- Coordinate with title companies to ensure accurate ownership information and facilitate title closing processes
- Draft, review, and procure real estate agreements, contracts, and leases, ensuring compliance with legal regulations
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and attorneys to provide real estate expertise throughout project phases
- Oversee comprehensive due diligence activities, including property surveys and title searches

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered
- Experience drafting real estate agreements and procuring title
- Experience performing due diligence reviews of land rights
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and mitigation
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and engage with local communities
