What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a real estate subject matter expert (SME) assisting a federal agency in managing its real estate requirements and portfolio
- Evaluate client requirements and execute necessary real estate actions
- Lead negotiations for land-use agreements and permits with private landowners and government agencies
- Facilitate meetings to develop and implement effective real estate strategies
- Prepare decision briefs and develop appropriate real estate documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of experience in federal property real estate program support
- Proven ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently
- Experience in developing project requirements documents or project management plans for large real estate projects
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) training
- Experience in cost estimating and scheduling
- Background in federal budget planning and development
- Willingness to travel moderately as needed
