What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate transaction services for clients
- Develop and grow relationships with clients, vendors, and landlords
- Track and monitor the transaction workload of team members
- Manage, review, and approve a large volume of diverse transactions
- Provide high levels of customer service to clients and vendors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Solid understanding of lease language, reconciliation processes, and real estate taxes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software/hardware applications
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-resolution skills
- Proven record of providing exceptional internal and external customer service

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with property sales from a transaction coordinator perspective
- Strong financing, budgeting, and pro forma modeling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating initiative and urgency
