Infosys is seeking a Real Time Operations Consultant (Energy) - In this role, you will provide best-fit solutions / services for one or more projects in Energy Real time drilling operations domain. Work with customers in providing services on drilling data management, support users on workflows and drilling data monitoring. You will also be responsible for working with internal stakeholders on competency and solution development. You will be responsible for Real time drilling operations monitoring, Provide Product support ( Petrovue, Sitecom) – Technical / Workflow / functional, User Access Management, User training and Knowledge Management. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Houston TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position will require travel and or relocation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in drilling operations monitoring, drilling data management, workflow support.
• Knowledge of products like Petrovue, Sitecom, Petrel, Techlog.
• Knowledge of WITS, WITSML standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in real time drilling operations domain.
• Experience working on drilling related workflows.
• Experience working with client teams/SMEs.
• Good interpersonal communications and analytical ability.
• Ready to travel to client locations as needed.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
