Pay Range: $58K - $82K

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Ensure all product delivered by carriers has been properly received in a safe and timely manner.
• Review receipts of product against packing slips to ensure accuracy
• Notify Purchasing team of any overages, shortages, damaged items/cartons received.
• Ensure system reflects accurate counts of material in warehouse.
• Assist in in monitoring inventory levels and material audits.
• Foster an atmosphere of ongoing and timely communication with receiving team members.
• Actively participates in the facilities continuous improvement program. Suggests and implements initiatives that improve the department’s safety, service level, cost and productivity.
• Contribute to a team effort by proactively assisting internal contacts
• Ensure Team Members are adequately trained, motivated and accountable for their performance.
• Support efforts to improve safety and housekeeping
• Strengthen leadership through the development of supervisory skills.
• Effectively communicate with operations, support groups and management.
• Must have a good working knowledge of part numbers, part usage, and understand applications for use.

Requirements

What You’ll Need (Qualifications):

• 2+ years of previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Ability to identify and define problems and develop appropriate solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience with automated inventory control systems and Microsoft Office related products.
• HS Diploma or GED required
