      Main duties of the job

      • Supervise reception staff to ensure a welcoming and efficient front desk environment.
      • Oversee patient appointment scheduling, check-in/out procedures, and phone call management.
      • Address any issues or concerns raised by patients or visitors in a timely and professional manner.

      2. Administrative Operations:

      • Develop and implement streamlined administrative procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
      • Utilize EMIS for running reports and managing patient records.
      • Utilize phone systems for efficient communication and coordination.
      • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facilities to support daily clinic operations.
      • Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management, including patient records and administrative documents.

      Qualifications:

      • Previous experience in reception and administrative roles, preferably in a GP surgery or healthcare setting.
      • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a team.
      • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
      • Proficiency in office software, EMIS, and phone systems.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
      • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining patient confidentiality.
