Job summary
ARE YOU a highly motivated, organised and flexible receptionist/administrator? If so, we are looking for a part time Band 2 Receptionist to be based at the Cheshunt Community Hospital.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated receptionist to work Thursday and Friday , 8am -12.30pm. The receptionist is the first point of contact for all visitors to our friendly hospital.
Main duties of the job
Applicants must have good organisational skills, a range of office skills and experience in working in reception/administration. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as you will have both face to face and telephone contact with service users on a daily basis. Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly approach and being enthusiastic are all required for this post. A knowledge of SystmOne would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
Applicants must be flexible to cover holiday/sickness when required, this could involve travelling to other centres. A full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
In addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum payment of £1,192 per annum pro rata.
