      Here at GXO we are looking for a Receptionist to join our ASOS site in Doncaster. You’ll provide a professional customer service experience to visitors and employees at Doncaster GXO also supporting the key general office functions in day-to-day administrative duties.

      This is a permanent, full-time position, where you’ll be working Monday - Friday, 08:30 – 17:00.

      We’re looking to offer a salary of £26,000.00 per annum and 264 hours annual leave (inclusive bank holidays).       What you’ll do on a typical day:

      • Greet guests and issue/collect visitor passes as appropriate

      • Take phone calls and transfer as appropriate, taking messages and monitoring the absence line

      • Arranging catering and refreshments for meetings

      • Provide administration support to HR/Payroll including but not limited to scanning paperwork/archiving files

      • Updating and distributing the telephone list and Fire Registers

      What you need to succeed at GXO:

      • Experience in a customer-facing role, past Receptionist experience is preferred

      • Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues at all levels. Previous experience within colleague engagement highly desirable.

      • Understanding of Microsoft software, in particular, Word and Excel

      • Basic knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
