Responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, and process improvement. Understands concepts, methods, procedures, standards and approaches.

As Records Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Building and collating all necessary Quality Documentation to create MRB (Manufacturing Record Book) accurately & quickly, confirming material traceability of equipment for repair and refurbishment.
• Establishing and improving Quality documentation processes, including supporting move to digital work packets and paperless records.
• Supporting internal audit programme and RCA activities as necessary.
• Scanning, storage, archiving and retrieval of quality documents.
• Complying and actively supporting company, Quality, HSE and Integrity policies.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have an HND in Business Management, Engineering or Data discipline OR
• Possess equivalent experience in Quality Assurance, Records or Document control, manufacturing or workshop operations.
