- Maintain productivity and quality standards set by the department

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School graduate or equivalent education
- 1 to 3 years of prior collections or customer service experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Required knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Ability to provide a dedicated and secure work area with high-speed internet access
