What is Required (Qualifications):
- Peer Specialist certification as required by the state
- National Peer Support Credential (NCPS/NCPRSS) within one year of hire
- Lived experience with mental health/substance use recovery
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Ability to make decisions that require significant analysis and independent thinking
