      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and provide oversight for a team of Recovery Support Specialists across multiple locations
      - Ensure adherence to workflows, policies, and procedures for the Recovery Support team
      - Deliver training and support to enhance team skills and performance
      - Collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality, member-centered care
      - Report on key performance indicators and organizational achievements to state and regional leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - An associate's degree in a social services field required; bachelor's degree preferred
      - Three years of experience in case management, care navigation, peer support, or similar roles
      - One year of experience supervising employees preferred
      - Knowledge and understanding of substance use treatment programs and community-based services
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and establish effective working relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with community-based support services
      - Fluency in office technology, including G-Suite and electronic medical records
      - Familiarity with motivational interviewing practices
      - Strong advocacy skills and knowledge of local recovery communities
      - Ability to communicate complex information effectively
