What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in corporate recruiting
- Experience recruiting for technical positions and utilizing web-based technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with all levels of staff
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with candidate sourcing solutions
- Familiarity with Workday HR information system and SharePoint
- Proven ability to work with confidential material and multitask
