What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Corporate Recruiting or Staffing
- Understanding of Linkedin Recruiter for proactive and reactive searches
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of specific market talent trends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of Corporate Recruiting or Staffing experience
- Ability to partner with and learn from Senior Recruiters
- Strong understanding of specific market talent trends
