      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Travel to college campuses nationwide to represent the employer and scout for emerging talent
      - Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates
      - Develop and maintain strong connections with candidates, faculty, and university staff
      - Collaborate with the team to create and implement innovative recruiting strategies
      - Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0
      - Willingness to travel across the U.S. on a weekly basis
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
      - Proficiency with recruitment tools and technology

      - Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
      - Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships
      - Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
      - Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar software
