Job Responsibilities:
- Educates/Advises hiring managers on effective recruiting strategies and best practices.
- Assists in developing recruiting processes and practices aligned with organizational goals.
- Utilizes advanced search techniques to research and source candidates.
- Generates recruitment reports to analyze and summarize recruiting data and trends.
- Provides recruiting support to hiring managers for all positions.
- Manages internal and external recruiting sources and extends offers to selected candidates.
- Coordinates activities for organizational recruiting, including job fairs and initial interviews.

Job Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.

Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a recruiting or recruitment support role.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Skills/Certifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking and creativity skills.
- Effective communicator with internal and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Job Specific Requirements:
- High volume recruiting experience highly preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience a plus.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
