      Position Summary:

      Necco has an opportunity for a career as a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for constructing and executing a recruitment strategy that attracts the industry’s top talent. This role will add the most value to the company by building trust with candidates and key stakeholders through the full life cycle of recruitment.

      The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:

      Talent Recruitment

      • Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, from initial conversation through the onboarding process
      • Develop a candidate talent pipeline through active and passive sourcing methods
      • Ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations
      • Use industry and market research to identify and execute strategic search tactics

      Communication

      • Work with key stakeholders to enhance employer brand in the marketplace, aiding direct recruitment and supporting Necco's mission
      • Establish and cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions in multiple territories with the best talent
      • Communicate with hiring managers to understand their current and upcoming hiring needs

      Technology

      • Leverage our system capabilities, including Applicant Tracking System (UKG), websites and social media to their fullest potential
      • Work with the Brand Department in managing recruitment ads and job posting platforms as necessary
      • Proactively source (identify) candidates utilizing a combination of search engines, job board databases, social networking sites, Boolean searches (e.g.)
      • Measure and report on recruiting metrics

      Position Qualifications

      • Associate’s Degree from an accredited university; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
      • Minimum of 1 year of full life cycle recruiting experience
      • Must have familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment recruiting for professional level and specialists
      • Ability prioritize, manage deadlines, and use a high degree of professionalism with internal client levels
      • Provide excellent customer service during the recruiting process (pre and post hire)
      • Must demonstrate respect and sensitivity for cultural differences
      • Excellent written, oral, and organizational skills
      • Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
      • Valid driver’s license and 100/300/100 required auto insurance coverage
