      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for multi-site dental practices
      - Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams on recruiting strategies
      - Strategically source and attract candidates using various tools and platforms
      - Maintain open communication with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs
      - Screen candidate resumes and applications to assess relevant qualifications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
      - Proficient in Applicant Tracking Software (ATS); iCIMS preferred
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      - Experience in recruiting for dental or healthcare positions
      - Knowledge of employment law and legislation
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
      - Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure
