What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals for staffing needs
- Independently screen, qualify, and select candidates according to client standards
- Maintain internal databases to capture accurate candidate and sourcing information
- Develop a consistent flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing
- Manage employee concerns during assignments and perform other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of professional customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work individually with little supervision and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of the healthcare industry with active affiliations preferred
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to travel during strike events
