What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft and post job openings on various recruitment platforms while ensuring alignment with hiring needs
- Actively source candidates through job boards, resume databases, and social media platforms
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the resort
- Organize and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication and preparation for both candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update an organized database or applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication and active listening skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate good problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in recruitment or human resources within the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed
