      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source and plan recruiting efforts to identify top candidates in the Low Voltage and Network Infrastructure space
      - Conduct advanced Boolean searches across resume databases to find suitable talent
      - Collaborate with the Recruiting Department to develop effective posting strategies and referral networks
      - Maintain and expand a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
      - Schedule interviews and coordinate communication campaigns for recruiting ramp-ups

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in Telecom, Low Voltage, or Network Infrastructure technical/installation roles
      - Proficiency in Boolean and semantic searches for talent identification
      - Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
      - Intermediate proficiency in Excel and the ability to manage data effectively
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a recruiting role within the telecommunications or low voltage industry
      - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
      - Established relationships with industry associations and educational institutions
      - Demonstrated ability to engage and build relationships with diverse candidate pools
      - Passion for continuous learning and staying informed on industry trends
