Job Responsibilities

• You will drive full life cycle recruiting including candidate sourcing, screening and offer consultations.
• You will be the trusted advisor to the business.
• Your role will be key to the development of talent pipelines, driving candidate generation and interest in joining the Client team.

Reporting to the Director, Americas Talent Acquisition, responsibilities will include:

• Delivering customer focused end to end recruitment service delivery while meeting talent acquisition goals
• Continuous development of your existing, strong network of industry-specific professionals and referral sources
• Stay current on valuable business and labor market intelligence and our competitive landscape, including news, downsizing, product approvals, mergers, acquisitions, and other related intelligence
• Collaborate with peers to maintain consistent and compliant best practices
• Build and maintain consultative relationships with hiring managers and HR partners as a trusted talent acquisition advisor
• Research and prepare recruitment strategies for newly assigned searches
• Utilize available technology tools for efficiency and organization
• Identify new channels where needed, to support faster sourcing of highly sought-after skills

Qualifications:

• 8 or more years of recruiting experience in a Client related industry supporting a variety of functional areas, including sales, marketing, production, manufacturing, RA/QA etc.
• Extensive network in Client related industries
• Experience working and communicating with hiring managers and partners at all levels, including executives
• Excellent sourcing and networking skills

Desired

• Experience recruiting for roles in Atlantic Canada is highly desired
• Experience in Executive Search
