What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct lead generation and end-to-end recruiting for military internships
- Maintain relationships with transitioning service members to ensure smooth onboarding
- Engage with military transition influencers to promote Seek Now as a preferred employer
- Organize and participate in military career fairs and recruiting events
- Utilize social media and digital outreach to attract qualified candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior military experience with a deep understanding of military culture and transition programs
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a recruiter or in military transition
- Willingness to frequently travel to US military installations for recruitment
- Familiarity with application tracking systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

- Proven experience as a recruiter in the military or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates
- Experience with career fairs and planning recruitment events
- Ability to leverage social media for lead generation
- Skills in planning and budgeting for business travel
