      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage and prequalify transitioning service members for internship programs
      - Maintain ongoing candidate relationships to facilitate smooth transitions into internships and full-time roles
      - Develop strong relationships with military transition influencers and organizations
      - Attend military career fairs and transition workshops to generate new leads
      - Utilize social media and digital outreach to enhance lead generation and brand presence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior military experience with a deep understanding of military culture and transition programs
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a recruiter or in military transition roles
      - Willing and able to frequently travel to and access US military installations for recruitment purposes
      - Familiarity with application tracking systems
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a recruiter in military or related fields
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence candidates
      - Experience in planning and executing career fairs and recruiting events
      - Familiarity with using social media for attracting qualified leads
      - Ability to plan and budget for business travel efficiently
