      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Travel to college campuses nationwide to represent the employer and scout for emerging talent
      - Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to final interview, ensuring a positive candidate experience
      - Develop and maintain strong connections with candidates, faculty, and university staff to create a robust talent pipeline
      - Collaborate with the team to develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies
      - Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidate interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0
      - Excitement for traveling across the U.S. weekly to connect with future industry leaders
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with candidates and stakeholders
      - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
      - Proficiency with recruitment tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms
