      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote the Centralized Recruiting Process by guiding Store Managers on program execution
      - Source candidates through various channels, including online job postings and career fairs
      - Conduct virtual interviews for Assistant Store Managers and Manager-in-Training candidates
      - Manage the receipt of background checks and update the candidate database daily
      - Facilitate internal job fairs and career workshops to develop talent within the company

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong analytical and organizational skills
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writing
      - Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
      - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to process and verify data efficiently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College background preferred but not mandatory
      - Experience in HR or recruiting roles
