What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit new security officers and process new employees
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews
- Manage job ad placements and answer phones
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential candidates
- Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Must be 21 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration or related role
- Proven experience using payroll software, particularly Paychex
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to take on new responsibilities
