      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement sourcing strategies to generate applicant flow for challenging RN/LPN vacancies
      - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for hard-to-fill positions and anticipated recruitment needs
      - Review and screen applicant materials, recommending top candidates to hiring managers
      - Coordinate interviews by consulting with hiring managers and developing targeted interview questions
      - Participate in job fairs, trade shows, and other events geared toward workforce development and recruitment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED; Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
      - At least three years of healthcare experience
      - Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation
      - Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of staff and leadership
      - Current, active license as a registered nurse in Virginia or multistate licensure privilege

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
      - Five years of healthcare recruiting experience in a high-volume setting
      - One to three years of college recruiting experience
      - Experience interacting with associates at all levels within an organization
