Job Description Job Summary As Recruiter, you will identify, recruit, source and screen potential employees for specific positions. Beyond filling positions, you may assist the Human Resources Department in the Onboarding process for New Hires.

- Consults with hiring managers to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).
- Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields.
- Consults data and records to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.
- Open and maintain requisitions
- Pre Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects viable candidates with clients or hiring managers.
- Schedules interviews for hiring managers
- Checks candidates references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.
- Informs candidates on the interview and hiring process as well as all of the benefits and perks of working at Resicentral.
- Follows up with clients or hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
- Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.
- Track and maintain the progress of leads/candidates with great attention to detail in our applicant tracking system.
- Communicate status of recruitment process on a consistent and timely basis thru weekly reports and metrics.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Assist with the successful on-boarding of new hires.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities - Minimum 1 year mortgage recruiting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.
- Familiarity with laws (EEO, ADA), regulations, and best practices related to employment laws and guidelines in multiple states
- Proficient with applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Experience with ADP and LinkedIn Recruiter a must
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and Excel
- Has worked in a remote environment previously
Physical Requirements - Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Education and Experience: - Associates Degree Preferred
- At least two years of recruiting experience
- Minimum 1 year mortgage recruiting experience
- Human Resources training or Experience preferred.
