What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Director level and below positions across various divisions such as manufacturing, operations, corporate, and sales
- Research and source candidates using technology-based search techniques and established relationships
- Screen potential candidates through resume reviews, interviews, background checks, and testing
- Provide support and guidance to hiring managers to ensure a consistent and high-quality recruitment process
- Compile data for recruitment metrics and reporting, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience for Non-exempt and/or Exempt positions
- Strong detail orientation with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed
