Job Description

- Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
- Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), references, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings within assigned programs and affiliates
- Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates
- Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
- Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
- Manages applicant screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, offer letters, onboarding, etc.
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process
- Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals
- Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, start date)
- Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations and employment/hiring laws
- Manages current candidate activity and job posting in the applicant tracking system (ATS)- UltiPro Recruitment
- Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy
- Great customer service skills
- Great communication skills
- History of successful relationship building and network development
- Very organized
- Knowledge of the behavioral health or medical fields with regard to employee credentialing and understanding of job requirements in accordance with regulating bodies
- Able to handle pressure and handle multiple and changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources or a related field
- HRIS experience; UltiPro experience preferred
- Understanding of employee credentialing
- 2-3 years of high volume recruitment
- This position will require infrequent local travel
