What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review resumes and applications, and conduct interviews with candidates
- Maintain staffing records to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures
- Confirm vacant position classifications with position control specialists
- Attend job fairs to assist in recruiting efforts for vacant positions
- Develop job announcements that effectively capture recruitment needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a closely related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Human Resources Analyst or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of federal and state laws related to employment
- Ability to handle high-volume staffing for hard-to-fill positions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant HR Certification
- Experience with diverse sourcing methods for recruitment
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
